NYP泵是容積(ji)式内齧合(he)齒輪泵，主(zhu)動齒輪（外(wai)轉子）帶動(dong)被動齒輪(lún)（内轉子）旋(xuan)轉時，不斷(duan)産生🔴封閉(bi)🥰的空間，在(zài)吸油區齒(chi)輪逐漸脫(tuō)離齧合🐅而(er)液體不♌斷(duàn)地充滿🔴齒(chǐ)間并被帶(dài)到出油區(qū)，齒輪在出(chū)油區進入(ru)齧合時液(yè)體被排出(chū)。兩個旋轉(zhuǎn)齒輪的共(gòng)同作用🈲，形(xíng)成一個穩(wen)定的體💋積(jī)排量，沒有(yǒu)脈動。由🔅于(yu)泵是完全(quan)對稱的，泵(bèng)可以反轉(zhuan)，液流方向(xiàng)也随之🈚改(gǎi)變。但應注(zhù)意，泵的轉(zhuǎn)向可能受(shou)到密封或(huò)泵内其它(ta)結構的限(xiàn)制，用戶有(you)反轉要求(qiu)時應在訂(ding)貨時做出(chu)說明
    該泵的流(liu)量可根據(ju)液體粘度(dù)選擇合适(shi)的轉速來(lai)調整。由于(yú)泵的流量(liang)取決于單(dan)轉排量和(he)旋轉速度(dù)❌，單轉排量(liàng)是泵軸旋(xuán)轉360度(dù)的體積排(pái)量，實際上(shang)，單轉排量(liàng)是在進出(chū)口壓差為(wéi)零時泵轉(zhuǎn)一周的流(liú)量。各種規(gui)格的泵因(yin)為幾何⛷️尺(chǐ)寸已定，隻(zhī)有通過改(gǎi)變🏒轉速來(lái)調整流量(liang)。轉速可由(you)改變馬達(dá)的轉速或(huò)減速機的(de)速比而改(gai)變，也可用(yong)變速馬🍓達(da)或可變速(su)減速機。

    1、工(gong)作壓力的(de)選定1, select the work pressure

　　高粘(zhān)度泵額定(dìng)的壓力是(shi)指泵連續(xù)工作時的(de)最高許用(yong)壓✔️力，而其(qi)工作壓力(li)則決定于(yú)外部負載(zǎi)，安裝和調(diào)試的壽命(ming)與其工作(zuò)壓力直接(jiē)相關。對于(yú)不頻繁工(gong)作的齒輪(lun)泵，其工作(zuò)壓力可取(qǔ)為泵的額(é)定壓力，考(kao)慮到産品(pin)質量🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼不同(tong)，最好将額(e)定壓力降(jiàng)低20%～30%使用。對(duì)于經常工(gong)作于較高(gāo)壓力下的(de)齒輪泵，其(qí)工作壓力(lì)應比泵的(de)額定壓力(lì)低1～2個壓力(li)級。石油化(hua)工設備常(cháng)常是24小時(shí)連續運轉(zhuan)，這時泵的(de)工作壓力(lì)應該取得(de)比額💃定壓(yā)力低得多(duō)，且工作轉(zhuǎn)速也應該(gāi)低于額定(ding)轉速。如果(guo)高粘度齒(chǐ)輪泵的工(gong)作壓力調(diào)整過高，則(ze)會使齒輪(lún)泵在超負(fù)荷下運行(háng)。High viscosity pump rated pressure refers to the maximum allowable pump continuous work pressure, and its working pressure is determined by the external load, installation and commissioning of life is directly related with work pressure.For not frequent work gear pump, the working pressure is desirable for the rated pressure of the pump, taking the quality into consideration, it is best to used pressure rated lower 20% ~ 30%.For often work under high pressure gear pump, the working pressure shall be lower than the rated pressure of the pump 1 ~ 2 pressure level.Petrochemical equipment are often 24 hours of continuous operation, and at this time of the pump working pressure should be obtained was much lower than the rated pressure, and the work speed should be lower than the rated speed.If the high viscosity gear pump high pressure adjustment, will make the pump running under overload.
