  注意事(shi)項:1.三(san)螺杆泵(beng)的轉速(sù)選用:三螺杆(gǎn)泵的流(liú)量與轉(zhuǎn)速成線(xiàn)性關系(xì),相對(duì)于低轉(zhuan)速的螺(luo)杆泵,高轉速(sù)的螺杆(gǎn)泵雖然(ran)能增加(jia)了流量(liàng)和揚程(cheng),但功(gong)率明顯(xiǎn)增大,高轉速(su)加速了(le)轉子與(yǔ)定子間(jiān)的磨耗(hào),必定(ding)使螺杆(gǎn)泵過早(zao)失效,而且高(gāo)轉速螺(luó)杆泵的(de)定轉子(zi)長度很(hen)短,極(ji)易磨損(sun),因而(er)縮短了(le)螺杆泵(beng)的使用(yong)壽命。通(tong)過減速(su)機或無(wu)級調速(su)機構來(lai)降低轉(zhuǎn)速,使(shǐ)勘轉速(su)保持在(zai)每分三(sān)百轉以(yi)下較為(wei)合理的(de)範圍内(nèi),與高(gāo)速運轉(zhuǎn)的螺杆(gǎn)泵相比(bǐ),使用(yòng)壽命能(néng)延長幾(ji)倍。2.螺(luo)杆泵的(de)品質:現在市(shi)場上的(de)螺杆泵(bèng)的種類(lèi)較多,相對而(er)言,進(jin)口的螺(luó)杆泵設(shè)計合理(lǐ),材質(zhì)精良,但價格(gé)較高,服務方(fang)面有的(de)不到位(wèi),配件(jiàn)價格高(gāo),訂貨(huo)周期長(zhǎng),可能(néng)影響生(sheng)産的正(zhèng)常運行(hang)。國内生(shēng)産的大(dà)都仿制(zhì)進口産(chǎn)品,産(chǎn)品質量(liang)良莠不(bu)齊,在(zài)選用國(guó)内生産(chan)的産品(pǐn)時,在(zài)考慮其(qi)性價比(bǐ)的時候(hòu),選用(yong)低轉速(sù),長導(dǎo)程,傳(chuán)動量部(bù)件材質(zhì)優良,額定壽(shòu)命長的(de)産品。3.确保雜(zá)物不進(jin)入泵體(ti):濕污(wu)泥中混(hun)入的固(gu)體雜物(wù)會對螺(luo)杆泵的(de)橡膠材(cai)質🈲定子(zǐ)造成損(sun)壞,所(suǒ)以确保(bǎo)雜物不(bú)進入泵(bèng)的腔體(tǐ)是很重(zhòng)要的,很多污(wu)水廠在(zai)泵前加(jiā)裝了粉(fěn)碎機,也有的(de)安裝格(gé)栅裝置(zhì)或濾網(wang),阻擋(dǎng)雜物進(jìn)入螺杆(gan)泵,對(dui)于格栅(shān)應及時(shi)清撈以(yǐ)免造成(cheng)堵塞。4.保持恒(heng)定的出(chu)口壓力(li):螺杆(gan)泵是一(yi)種容積(jī)式回轉(zhuǎn)泵,當(dāng)出口端(duan)受阻以(yi)後,壓(yā)力會逐(zhu)漸升高(gao),以至(zhi)于超過(guo)預定的(de)壓力值(zhí).此時(shí)電機負(fù)荷急劇(ju)增加.傳動機(jī)械相關(guān)零件的(de)負載也(yě)會超出(chū)設計值(zhí),嚴重(zhòng)時會發(fa)生電機(jī)燒毀,傳動零(ling)件斷裂(liè).為了(le)避免螺(luo)杆泵損(sǔn)壞,一(yi)般會在(zài)三螺杆(gǎn)泵出口(kǒu)處安裝(zhuang)旁通溢(yì)流閥,用以穩(wen)定出口(kǒu)壓力,保持泵(beng)的正常(chang)運轉。5.避免斷(duàn)料:三(san)螺杆泵(bèng)決不允(yun)許在斷(duàn)料的情(qíng)形下運(yùn)轉,一(yi)經發生(shēng),橡膠(jiao)定子由(yóu)于幹磨(mo)擦,瞬(shun)間産生(sheng)高溫而(ér)燒壞,所以,粉碎機(ji)完好,格栅暢(chang)通是螺(luó)杆泵正(zheng)常運轉(zhuǎn)的必要(yao)條件之(zhī)一,為(wei)此,有(you)些螺杆(gan)泵還在(zài)泵身上(shang)安裝了(le)斷料停(tíng)機裝置(zhì),當發(fā)生斷料(liào)時,由(you)于螺杆(gǎn)泵其有(you)自吸功(gong)能的特(tè)性,腔(qiang)體内會(hui)産生真(zhēn)空,真(zhen)空裝置(zhi)會使螺(luó)杆泵停(tíng)止運轉(zhuǎn)。5選型(xíng)問題:三螺杆(gan)泵選型(xíng)時，要盡(jin)可能詳(xiáng)盡地了(le)解泵的(de)使用條(tiáo)件，除了(le)運行參(cān)數，如流(liú)量，壓力(lì)需要清(qīng)楚以外(wai)，輸送介(jie)🔞質的特(te)性如介(jie)質的腐(fu)蝕性，含(han)汽量，含(han)固溶物(wu)的比率(lü)及固體(tǐ)顆粒的(de)大小，以(yǐ)及介質(zhi)的工作(zuo)溫度，粘(zhan)度，比重(zhòng)，對材料(liao)的腐蝕(shí)性等和(hé)泵裝置(zhi)的吸入(rù)條件，安(ān)裝條件(jian)均要了(le)解，
